IDEAL ASTROTELESCOPE FOR BEGINNERS AND CHILDREN
Are you looking for a telescope with which you as a beginner can immerse yourself step by step in the world of astronomy and make distant stars and galaxies tangible? Or would you like to introduce your children or grandchildren to the exciting world of astronomy in a fun way? (*)

Our DÖRR Mars 66 refracting telescope is the ideal product for this purpose. Whether you are interested in observing celestial bodies such as the moon, Venus or Jupiter or would like to take a closer look at the Milky Way - with this telescope you can immerse yourself in the wonderful and infinite world of astronomy.

This telescope is a so-called achromatic refractor telescope, i.e. a classic refracting telescope, with an objective aperture of 60 mm and a focal length of 700 mm. With the supplied eyepieces and the 2x Barlow lens, you can achieve magnifications from a minimum of 35x up to a maximum of 350x.

The Mars 66 is also characterized by its very simple setup (no tools required) and comprehensive scope of delivery. Anyone who would like to take their first steps in astronomy will find all the necessary equipment in this starter package and can get started straight away.

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
AZ2-AZIMuth MOUNT WITH FINE ADJUSTMENT
With the high-quality fork mount, you can move the telescope vertically and horizontally by hand. Thanks to the two fine adjustments (silver screws), every celestial body can be easily and precisely aimed at and observed.

ALUMINIUM STATIV
The lightweight aluminium tripod is easy to transport and the telescope stands securely and wobble-free during your observations.

SEARCHERRADIO 5X24
Before the actual observation, use the finder scope to easily locate and precisely aim at the celestial bodies.

3VARIOUS EYEPIEWS
1x SR4 Ramsden eyepiece with 2 lenses and a magnification of 175x
1x H12.5 Huygens eyepiece with 2 lenses and a magnification of 56x
1x H20 Huygens eyepiece with 2 lenses and a magnification of 35x

MOON FILTER
The supplied moon filter is indispensable for observing the moon, as it protects your eyes from glare.

BARLOW LENS 2-FOLD
The supplied 2x Barlow lens doubles the magnification factor of the eyepieces.

REVERSING LENS 1.5X
If the telescope is to be used for terrestrial observations (earth observations) in addition to astronomical applications, use the supplied reversing lens. The reversing lens reverses the typical upside-down image for astronomical observations.

90° ANGLE MIRROR
The supplied angle mirror allows you to look comfortably into the telescope from above.

So if you don't yet know exactly which specialty you would like to delve into in the future, this telescope opens up the entire range of amateur applications to you.

The Mars 66 astrotelescope meets all the requirements to accompany you, your children and your grandchildren in the first steps of their astronomical career. Get to know the stars from a completely new perspective or inspire yourself and others for the fantastic world of astronomy.

(*) PLEASE NOTE:
- NEVER look through the telescope or viewfinder directly at the sun or near the sun! There is a risk of blindness!
- The telescope is not a toy! Children must not use the telescope without adult supervision.
