The XCD 2.8 / 135 is a short telephoto lens with a focal length of 135 mm. It is comparable to a 105mm full-frame lens and is therefore ideal for portrait and landscape photography. The XCD 135mm has a closest focusing distance of 1 m (f/5.8 and f/3.4 magnification) and an aperture range between 2.8 and 32. In combination with the special X1.7 converter, the focal length of the Lens is increased to 230 mm with a full-frame equivalence of 178 mm and an aperture range of 4.8-32.

Like the other XCD lenses, the XCD 2.8/135 also has an integrated central shutter that offers exposure times from 60 minutes to 1/2000s with full flash synchronization.
