Delivery
- Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany, the EU, Andorra, Georgia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Croatia, San Marino, Turkey, the Canary Islands, and Switzerland.
- For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, and country-specific value-added tax may apply. Please check with the relevant authorities for more information. Foto Koch handles shipping through UPS. This generally eliminates the need for you to personally handle customs clearance. Any UPS service fees can be found on the UPS information pages.
- For orders with a value of €2,000 or more, we arrange for personal delivery via DHL to ensure the safety of our customers.
- For logistical reasons, we cannot ship large appliances internationally or offer expedited shipping.
- Unless otherwise agreed or specified on the product page, we deliver—subject to availability—within 2–3 business days within Germany after receiving your order. Delivery time estimates are non-binding, unless, in exceptional cases, the delivery date has been confirmed in writing as binding. The processing time begins upon receipt of payment.
